At Innate Speed & Mobility, our 9-week competitive program is built for serious sprinters and horizontal jumpers. Athletes train 4 days per week and compete in 1 meet per week, sharpening their race strategy, technique, and competitive mindset. This program is ideal for athletes preparing for USATF meets and looking to elevate their track & field performance.
