Who We are
Innate Speed & Mobility is a youth athlete training program based in Northern Colorado. We work with sprinters, jumpers, multi-sport athletes, and competitors across every sport. Our focus is on developing physical strength, speed, mobility, mental resilience, and emotional balance through elite speed coaching and a community that invests in who athletes are becoming, not just how fast they run. We are training athletes who compete hard, show up in the classroom, and know how to be apart of something bigger than themselves.
Our Approach
How we train
Speed starts in the nervous system. Without a nervous system trained to handle high output, technique breaks down and risk goes up. Every session at Innate blends sprint mechanics, CNS regulation, breathwork, mobility, and mental focus into one complete system.
Pillar 1: Mental Fortitude
Through mindfulness, visualization, and breathwork, athletes learn how to stay composed and focused in competition. The mental game gets trained the same way the physical game does.
Pillar 2: High-Intensity, Low-Volume Training
Short max velocity work to apply the appropriate dose of speed and power. Quality over quantity. This approach builds athletes who perform when it matters and reduces the injury risk that comes with grinding high volume.
Pillar 3: Mobility & Breathwork
Dynamic mobility and intentional breathwork are built into every session. We use breathwork to regulate the nervous system, support recovery, and help athletes stay composed under pressure on the track and in every day life.
Pillar 4: Community & Support
Athletes grow through encouragement, accountability, and real connection. We build a team-centered environment where every athlete belongs and is pushed to be better.
Pillar 5: Well-being & Resilience
Performance is built between sessions too. We incorporate stress management, emotional intelligence, and recovery tools because sustainable development requires the whole person; not just the athlete.
